Attention Home Sellers!
It's always a good idea to have your home inspected prior to listing your home for sale. This protects you so that there are no surprises during the escrow period. Many savvy buyers agents use the inspection period as a time to re-negotiate the sales price if there are any repairs needed that aren't disclosed in the beginning. But many sellers decide against this additional cost because it can sometimes be upwards of $1000 depending on the size of your home! If you are this month's lucky winner, it'll be on me!
Attention Home Buyers!
Everyone knows as a buyer a thorough home inspection is a MUST! Let me pay the bill for this costly service.
